Large Order Detected. Please note that we deliver transcripts for up to 20 hours of audio per week. If you have time constraints, please let us know in the "Notes" section below or reach out to us to coordinate. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule. Thanks!
Simple and affordable. Timestamps and strict verbatim are not available for this service. Speakers are not labeled; but if there are multiple speakers, the transcript will indicate speaker changes with each new paragraph.
Our best-quality and most popular transcription service. It includes speaker labels by default and options for timestamps, strict verbatim, and translation.
Place an order on Monday, get the transcripts back the following Monday by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders larger than 20 hours take an additional 5 business days (e.g. a 40-hour order will take 2 weeks to complete), but files are delivered as they are completed along the way.
Place an order on Monday, get the transcripts back on Wednesday by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders larger than 10 hours take an additional 2 business days (e.g. a 20-hour order will take 4 business days to complete), but files are delivered as they are completed along the way.
Includes weekends. Place an order on Sunday at 11:00 a.m., get the transcripts back on Monday by 11:00 a.m.
Speaker names are to the left, and content INDENTED to the right. This is the most common format for transcripts.
Speaker names are used, but there is NO indenting between the names and the content. This is not as common for transcripts, but it's a simplified format that is easy to edit for those not familiar with indented formatting.
Timestamps mark specific periods of time on your transcript. For example, if you select timestamps every 2 minutes your transcript will be marked every 2 minutes with a tag similar to [00:02:00], [00:04:00], and so on. If you need timestamps at intervals tighter than 1 minute, please reach out to us to inquire about pricing.
Strict Verbatim includes filler words such as “umm,” “uhh,” and “like.” It also includes stutters, false-starts, repetitive words, and sounds (such as laughter). Our standard transcription service excludes these elements to create a more readable transcript.
This includes poor audio quality, speakers with strong accents, heavy background noise, and situations where many (5+) speakers need to be individually identified. If you aren’t sure, feel free to reach out to us.
We translate to and from all major languages. However, English must be one of the languages selected (e.g. we do not translate from Russian to Swahali; we do translate from Russian to English). All translation orders produce two transcripts: (1) the source language transcript and (2) the target language translation.
Custom Timestamp Intervals. Please note that timestamps below 1-minute in frequency may carry an additional cost. Please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Please note that speaker labels are not included in our "Rough Draft" transcription service. To include speaker labels in your transcript, select "Final Draft" above. Click here to read more and view samples.
